This is a Turn-key solution for either a new build or a full renovation.

Beginning with an extensive exploration & enquiry, we learn about our client’s needs and desires for the project; both in terms of functionality and appearance.

Space plans are then provided for each room followed by the Conceptual Design for each room. The Conceptual design refers to the Look & Feel proposed for the space(s).

Once the Space Plans and Conceptual Designs are approved, our client is provided with proposals for each item/material - i.e. floor finishes, countertop(s), faucets, joinery, paint, lighting, etc.

Upon approval of the above, the Construction plans are finalised and submitted for approval by Town Planning.

Then the client is provided with proposals for all of the appliances, furniture, furnishings, and accessories.

The renovation or construction phase begins. The process is managed from A-Z.

Upon completion of the above, the finishing and installation phase begins.

The project is fully completed and handed over to the client.
